INTERESTED IN COACHING A JUNIORS TEAM?
TUFC Juniors are looking for volunteers to coach the following teams:
U10/3 Cougars
U10/3 Falcons
U11G/2 Girls

possible. The season starts on 5 May.
GIRLS BORN 1995-1996
We are urgently looking for players for our Under 17 Girls Division 3 team.
If you are new to soccer, this team will suit you. We have an experienced
coach. Games kick off at 3pm on Saturdays.

ROOBALL GAME TIMES
Under 6 and Under 7 (ie born 2005-2007)
10.00am: 30 min training starts, 10.30am: games of two 15 min halves start
plus half-time, 11.05am: finish game and be off the fields in time for older age
groups to start training at 11.10am.
Under 8 and Under 9 (ie born 2003-2004)
11.10am: 30 min training starts, 11.40am: games of two 20 min halves start,
plus half-time, 12.25pm: finish game and be off the fields in time for U11s and
U13s to kick-off their games at 12.30pm.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Players who have registered at MyFootballClub, but have not paid their fees
by 5 May will not be eligible to play any games until their fees are paid, unless
alternative arrangements have been made with the club.
Registration payments will be accepted at the Club's shop, Hyland Pl,
Wanniassa, on Monday 23 April from 6-7pm; Saturday 28 April from 4-6pm;
and Tuesday 1 May from 6-7pm. Alternatively, you can phone Jean Ffrench
0431419821 with your credit card details, or you can mail a cheque or money
order to TUFC Juniors, PO Box 285, Erindale ACT 2903.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING for 2011
The Annual General Meeting on 26 March was postponed due to a lack of
a quorum. The AGM has been rescheduled for Sunday 29 April 2012, from
12.30pm at the Wanniassa playing fields, and just prior to the Coaches and
Managers meeting. We welcome any volunteers and expressions of interest
in the vacant Committee positions. The agenda follows:

The 2012 Under 10 to Under 18 team lists are now on our Teams page. The Divisions for each age group were determined by Capital Football after considering nominations from all Clubs. Divisions are not final until Capital Football published the draws for each Division on their website in late April.

CENTRAL COAST MARINERS STAR PLAYER THANKS JUNIOR CLUB
Central Coast Mariners star Tom Rogic, seen pictured with TUFC Juniors
Vice President Andrew Stephens, was nominated for A-League Young
Player of the Year and nominated Tuggeranong United as his chosen
Junior Club to receive $3000 from NAB. Andrew thanked Tom and he
replied, “I played for Tuggeranong Juniors for 6 years, I wasn’t going
to give it to any other club.” What a champion.

Once you have registered online at www.myfootballclub.com.au (MFC),
you can pay the registration fees by one of the following methods:

will process your payment at our shop;
mail a cheque to PO Box 285, Erindale ACT 2902; or
come to the Club shop at Hyland Place, Wanniassa, on Thursday 22
March between 6pm and 7pm to pay by cash, cheque, money order,
eftpos or credit.
SHOP OPEN FOR SHORTS AND SOCKS PURCHASES
The club shop at Hyland Place, Wanniassa will be open for sales of dark
green playing shorts; dark green long socks; shinpads and training balls
at the following times:

Tuesday 1 May from 6-7pm.

For boys and girls aged 7 to 16 yrs.

Cost: $100 per player, $190 for 2 family members
What to bring: Ball, water bottle, hat, sunscreen.
What to wear:
T-shirt, shorts, socks, boots, shinpads.
If wet, please bring runners, an all-weather top, and warm, dry clothes
in a bag. NB: If grounds are closed due to bad weather, session will be
transferred if possible, or rescheduled.
Forms must be received by Monday 9 April 2012.

2012 Coaches and Managers Briefing Meeting
The Coaches and Managers Briefing meeting will be held at the Wanniassa playing fields, Hyland Place, on Sunday 29 April, time to be advised. The Coach and Manager for each team should attend, especially the coach if there is no Manager (ie Rooball). If the Team Officials cannot attend, they should ask a parent from the team to represent them. Team Manuals will be distributed.
Closure of ACT playing fields - no training:
The ACT playing fields are closed for maintenance from 19 March to 1 April 2012. No training is sanctioned during this timeframe.
Shop open for sales:
The Club's shop at Hyland Place, Wanniassa, will be open to sell shorts, long socks, shinpads and balls on the following dates:
